Return & Refund Period

Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving the package. All returned items must be in original new condition, unused, unwashed, without scratches, dirt or damage, and with complete original packaging and accessories.

Free Return & Refund Conditions

We offer free return, exchange or full refund for quality problems, shipping damage, wrong items, wrong sizes and missing accessories caused by our store.

Personal Reason Returns

If returns are caused by personal preferences such as inappropriate style, uncomfortable wearing or accidental wrong purchase, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. We will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Non-Returnable Rules

Worn, artificially damaged, stained, improperly maintained products, and items without complete original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The fund will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the payment platform’s processing rules.
